When you take a closer look at an object so small, it suddenly becomes the elephant in the room. Memories come racing back, good and bad. It becomes clear why it is so important to take those moments to remember and acknowledge that those little things are there for a reason.
This reminds me of someone I really should not discuss. One, they might read this. Two, we bitterly parted ways after a long friendship and I'd rather the dust continue to settle on that subject.
I think Buddha would be proud.

Beautiful photo. And *very* intriguing post!
Mmm. That's gorgeous.
Just lovely. I wish I had your attitude.
Buddha WOULD be proud! Of course we are all munching on our nails cravings more details, but I for one will take a page from your book and say "it's ok, let's not dwell in bad memories". I love that statue!
