I love it when sites make the obnoxious little things so much easier with a couple of clicks. BgPatterns does just that for all your background pattern needs (ie. - twitter, desktops...yer blog). Pick your colors, textures, patterns, etc and then just save a copy to your machine. Oh, they also let you test out the pattern right there. Easy peasy.
