To think, just a little under a mile from my Brooklyn apartment is an entire pond filled with these beautiful Koi.  All I have to do is get off my lazy butt, walk a few blocks and voila...

The fella  and I visited the Brooklyn Botanic Gardens today.  Tomorrow marks the last day of their free winter season weekdays and with a beautiful 50 degree day and tech week coming up fast, I figured it was time to go enjoy the outdoors as much as I can. 

Starting Saturday, it's dark theaters and headsets for me.
