I love to pore over photographs on Flickr and blogs. I could look at them all day long, and every day I find a handful that just make me stop and stare.
There's something truly stunning about this very simple photograph. The "old soul" in this little girl's eyes mixed with the silly noodle (is that a noodle?) hanging from her mouth. What a cool contrast.

Right? I sat and stared at it for quite some time trying to figure out if it was something other than a noodle. I'm really glad you like this. It's so simple, but so striking!
