Until he started leaving for the summer. AKA left me to STARVE for 4 months.
So I’ve had to learn and it turns out, I find the act of cooking rather enjoyable. However, I still pretty much suck at it.
No, I’m not suddenly turning into a cooking blog, but I had to share this video I came across from rouxbe.com. One of my favorite things to whip up is chicken marsala. It’s really easy and one of my favorite dishes, but for the life of me I can’t get the pan searing thing down. My chicken always sticks. ALWAYS.
