Fiddleheads. I prepared them and then I ate them.


Clean them.

Parboil them.

Saute them in oil, a bit of butter, garlic and then drizzle lemon juice on them.

See what happens in your mouth.

Add steak and potatoes.

    The one time I made them, I think I did the same without the parboil. It’s been a while but I think they tasted similar to the best part of an artichoke?
