Monday Moment - Remember to Rest

The bed that sits and teases me on stage every day.

  • Tuesday: 11am - 11pm
  • Wednesday: 11am - 11pm
  • Thursday: 12pm - 10pm
  • Friday: 12pm - 9pm
  • Saturday: 12pm - 9pm
  • Sunday 12:30pm - 8:30pm
  • Monday: Rest.
Monday, my one day off a week when working in the theater.  The most important decision I make on Monday is whether or not I feel like changing out of my pajamas.  I sometimes pray for rain so I have an excuse to stay in all day long. 

No matter what I do on Monday..it's never long enough and in the end I sometimes find that I forgot to rest.

I won't forget today.
