Legendary and multiple Emmy Award winner Betty White will take her long-anticipated turn at hosting NBC's "Saturday Night Live" on May 8. White will make her first appearance in Studio 8H.

The six-time Emmy winner and cultural icon will host "SNL" for the first time in her illustrious seven-decade-long career. White is best known for her performance as Rose Nylund on NBC's "The Golden Girls," the beloved comedy series that aired from 1985 to 1992. Previously, she co-starred as Sue Ann Nivens in the classic comedy series "The Mary Tyler Moore Show."

In January, White was the proud recipient of the 2010 SAG Lifetime Achievement Award. White appeared in the 2009 romantic-comedy feature film "The Proposal," alongside Ryan Reynolds and Oscar winner Sandra Bullock, and can be seen again this fall in the film "You Again," starring Kristin Bell.

"I can't think of a better way to spend Mother's Day weekend than with Betty White said Lorne Michaels, Creator and Executive Producer of SNL.

NBC's top-rated summer show "America's Got Talent," will tape shows in front of a live audience in cities across the country beginning this Friday, March 12, and Saturday, March 13, in Los Angeles. After Los Angeles, the #1 talent competition series will travel to Portland, Dallas, Orlando, New York and Chicago through March and April.

Host Nick Cannon, returning judges Sharon Osbourne and Piers Morgan as well as this season's new judge, comedian Howie Mandel, will be at each taping.

Coming off its fourth consecutive record-breaking year and earning its best year ever across all demographic and financial metrics in 2009, Bravo announced the addition of a fifth night of original programming and unveiled an impressive development slate.

Development highlights include the network's first foray into the music genre with a new competition series, continued scripted development with mega-producer Darren Star ("Sex in the City"), a docu-series development following "So You Think You Can Dance" choreographer Mia Michaels and an international food competition series "Around The World in 80 Plates,"(wt).

Additionally, the network will host weekly live virtual viewing parties - now called the "Bravo Talk Bubble" - starting March 25th during episodes of "The Real Housewives of New York City."

Increasing its original programming by 20 percent in 2010 marks an unprecedented 42 percent increase in original programming over the past two years. Additionally, all Bravo programming will now be shot in HD, creating the best viewing experience possible for the network's engaged viewers.

Syfy's #1 original hit series, Warehouse 13, has cast Jewel Staite (Stargate Atlantis) and Sean Maher (Party of Five), of the acclaimed series, Firefly, as guest stars in an upcoming episode titled "Mild Mannered."

The hour-long episode is scheduled to premiere July 2010. Warehouse 13 stars Eddie McClintock, Joanne Kelly, Saul Rubinek and Allison Scagliotti, along with series guest star, CCH Pounder. The 13-episode, dramedy is currently in production in Toronto and will premiere season two on Tuesday, July 13.

In "Mild Mannered," Maher plays Sheldon, a quiet unassuming guy whose exposure to a dangerous object brings about shocking physical change. Staite portrays Loretta, the object of his unrequited love. Staite starred as Kaylee Frye and Maher as Dr. Simon Tam in the hit series, Firefly, the award-winning 2002 drama from creator Joss Whedon.

Andy Whitfield, who plays the title role in Starz Original series "Spartacus: Blood and Sand," announced he has been diagnosed with Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma and will begin treatment immediately in New Zealand. Whitfield discovered the cancer during a routine checkup as he prepped for the sophomore season. Andy's doctors have stated his condition is very treatable, and was detected in its early stages.

"I'm receiving excellent care, and am feeling strong, positive and determined with an army of support behind me," says Whitfield.

"Our thoughts and prayers are with Andy," says Chris Albrecht, President and CEO of Starz. "His health, of course, is our primary concern. He has our complete support during this difficult time."

The second season was scheduled to begin shooting shortly in New Zealand, but has been postponed to accommodate Andy's treatment.

CBS has ordered a second cycle of the hit reality series, UNDERCOVER BOSS, for the 2010/11 broadcast season.

UNDERCOVER BOSS, which follows high-level chief executives as they slip anonymously into the rank and file of their companies, is the number one new series of the 2009-2010 season, averaging 18.74 million viewers, 8.0/17 in adults 25-54 and 7.1/17 in adults 18-49.

"We are thrilled with the overwhelming response to the series and how audiences seem to connect to it on several levels," said Jennifer Bresnan, Senior Vice President, CBS Alternative Programming. "The wish fulfillment of seeing the top boss perform jobs of the rank and file is universal, and the employees' stories discovered at each company are often relatable and inspirational."

Each week, UNDERCOVER BOSS follows a different executive as they leave the comfort of their corner office for an undercover mission to examine the inner workings of their companies. While working alongside their employees, they see the effects their decisions have on others, where the problems lie within their organizations and get an up-close look at both the good and the bad while discovering the unsung heroes who make their companies run.
